The DPSA will be trialing opening the club over the coming weekend on Friday, Saturday and Sunday.
The plan is to provide a low-cost meal (cost not more than £5) which will be prepared by Hazel. This is mandatory for those who want to come.
Tables and seating have been rearranged to accommodate the new restrictions (mostly for 1 or 2 people but with some larger ones for a household bubble of more than 2). Seating will be available outside, weather permitting (where the rule of 6 from any household still applies).
As before it will be table service only and there will be two bar staff at all times, with three at the busiest times. Face coverings will be mandatory when not seated at a table and social distancing must be maintained. Hand sanitiser will be available on all tables.
The opening hours will be: Friday - 4pm to 10pm Saturday - 12 noon to 10pm Sunday - 12 noon to 8pm subject to people being in the club.
There will be no booking system, it will be first come first accommodated and, if the club is full, people will have to be turned away.
This will be a trial over the coming weekend and it will then be reviewed on Monday to see how successful it has been.
Your support for this trial/re-opening is important and would be very much appreciated. A lot of time and effort has gone in to make this possible in the current climate.
