Welwyn Garden City Cricket Club, as part of the Digswell Park Sports Association (DPSA), takes your privacy seriously.  Your personal information will be used to administer your membership of both the Cricket Club and the DPSA.  If your membership is up to date your club card allows you discounted members' prices at the bar and the DPSA will monitor funds added to the card and purchase made in order to analyse club sales.  The DPSA will also use your details to advise and organise sporting and social events at Digswell Park.

The Cricket Club will share your personal information with the ECB and the Saracens Herts Cricket League as part of the Club's membership of these organisations.  This is a necessary requirement to allow you to play for the club.  In addition your details will be available to other members on the members only section of the website to enable members to contact each other.  The Club will not share your personal information with external organisations for marketing or any other purposes without our specific permission.

The Club provides match reports, including names and photographs to local newspapers, the cricket league, social media and live streaming platforms.  No contact details will be shared with these without your specific permission.

The Club will retain your contact information after your membership ends (phone/email) in order to maintain contact for the organisation of club events (unless you specifically ask us to remove your details).

Under the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) you have the right to access any information held about you, be provided with information about how your personal data is processed, have your data corrected and to have your personal data erased in certain circumstances.
