Match report A tense game, played on a pleasant evening in Sawbridgeworth.

WGC lost the toss and batted. A fast start from Jordan and Connor, although both were out, good bowling tied WGC down for a long time. Charlie Moore made an excellent 30, including 1 big six, and Rob also left WGC on 105-5

In reply Sawbridgeworth opener, Will Hayward made an excellent 50, but WGC kept the rate down by taking wickets on a regular basis. Charlie Holmes taking 3 wickets at the death, after Sawbridgeworth needed 15 off 3 overs. Sawbridgeworth closed on 100-9, WGC winning by 5 runs.
